This year have started fast for Toshiba with new products in  the market where the concurrence is coming more and more difficult to handle.

Toshiba enters the world of Chromebooks and presents its first model running on Google's OS. At the same time, the firm unveils new Ultrabook, the KIRA, it qualifies as an Ultrabook luxury.

Featuring a 13.3-inch screen with a resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels, the Chromebook Toshiba is equipped with an Intel Celeron ILT processor,
16GB of storage iSSD, 2GB RAM, 100GB free cloud storage, a battery life of 9 hours battery, an HDMI connector, two USB 3.0 ports, an SD card reader, WiFi a / g / n, Bluetooth 4.0 and an HD webcam. The course runs all Chrome OS, weighs 1.5 kg and adopt dimensions 227 x 328.6 x 13.75 mm. Output in the first half of 2014.

KIRA it is equipped with a 13.3-inch touchscreen with a resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels adopting Corning Concore technology. Inside, we find an Intel Core i7 processor, Intel HD 4000 CPU, 8GB of RAM, a 256GB mSATA SS, a battery with a battery life of 9 hours, three USB 3.0 ports, an HDMI port, a SD card reader and Bluetooth 4.0. All running Windows 8.1, weighs 1.35 kg and adopt dimensions of 316 mm x 207 mm x 9.5 mm.

Output in the first half of 2014.
