In this post at poly technology we are going to write about the the battle between Samsung and iPhone.

This battle until now has talked about iPhone taking in consideration the decisions of the juries.
Us, like a consumers we can choose which this phones is the best for our needs but are the juries who decides which of  one has copied from each other.



We all know that Apple accused Samsung that has illegally copied its iPhone technology for use in a certain models of Galaxy devices, but the technology giant Samsung also accused Apple of violating its patents for data transmission technologies .

The South Korean manufacturer Samsung mobile phones was sentenced on Friday by a California jury to pay damages of dollars ( about 86 million ) to 119.6 million Apple for infringement of software patents .

The fine must now be approved by a judge .

 Samsung had already been convicted by the same court in 2012 and 2013 to compensate Apple for $ 930 million ( approximately € 670 million ) .

In this rematch , Apple once again accused his rival of having illegally copied its iPhone technology for use in certain models of its Galaxy devices .

On the other hand, Samsung accused Apple of infringing its patents for data transmission technologies . In this case , the jury decided to give partially due to Samsung , who condemned by the American company to indemnify its rival for $ 158,400 ( 114,200 euros ) .

Samsung and Apple have a legal battle since 2011 by U.S. patents and phones , which has led both to technological bars the court from various countries .

The trial began about a month in San Jose , the " Silicon Valley " California .
